Who can arrange the appointment?
The child’s responsible adult should manage the enquiry. Reception clarifies administrative requirements and who should attend, according to the appointment being arranged.
How can I arrange arrival at the practice?
Before the visit, ask reception about access and arrival arrangements. Documents to bring and any practical requirements are agreed directly with the practice.
Does the child attend a parents’ conversation?
The child’s and adults’ attendance is agreed with the paediatrician before confirmation. The format depends on those arrangements and is not determined by the online form.
Can I ask about documents for school?
You can clarify the request with reception. The paediatrician checks what is needed and whether an appointment is required; requirements and issue arrangements are explained before the steps are confirmed.
How are later appointments arranged?
The frequency and type of visits are agreed with the paediatrician. Reception collects family preferences, checks availability and confirms each appointment or change.
