Can I contact you about a personal app?
Absolutely. We work with individuals, professionals and businesses. It could be a small tool for yourself, a website, business software or an AI project. You don’t need a technical plan.
Does Echo give me a price?
Echo is an AI assistant: it gathers your needs and prepares your request. After you confirm, it submits the request to our back office, where it is assigned to a human consultant. Your consultant reviews the project and prepares your quote. The request does not commit you to a purchase.
Do I have to talk to AI?
No. You can send a quote request directly or suggest a call with a real consultant. In those two paths, we do not send the project to the AI model.
Is the call booked as soon as I submit?
Not yet: we collect your preferred times. A consultant will email you to agree on a time and joining link. The appointment is only booked after confirmation.
Can I share confidential information?
Start with a general description. Do not include passwords, sensitive data or confidential documents. If the project needs confidential material, we agree on a sharing method first. The public connection and saved requests are encrypted; the AI chat is not end-to-end encrypted.
What happens after I send my request?
You receive a reference and can download your summary. Our back office assigns your request to a dedicated human consultant, who emails you to clarify details and prepare a quote or arrange a call.
