An autonomous virtual receptionist.
In your practice, the virtual receptionist will connect to the OpenAI API and the systems we choose together. It will understand naturally written requests, ask the necessary questions and act autonomously on the shared calendar: availability, appointments, rescheduling, reminders and communications. It will follow the hours, durations and rules set by your practice, with each action visible to staff.
For prescriptions, it will gather the details, prepare a complete request and bring it to the clinician’s attention. Clinical decisions and prescription authorisation remain with the clinician; when information is missing or a professional assessment is needed, it will involve the right person.
