The example service includes consultation, a single-process colour and drying. Previous colours and product instructions are checked before proceeding.

Lightening, corrections and balayage are not included. These require a separate proposal. Any preliminary testing follows the instructions for the product used.

Does the price include a blow-dry?

Cut & shape includes washing, cutting and finishing. Personal colour includes drying. Each page lists its inclusions.

Can I request balayage?

It is not included in the single-process colour service. Start with a consultation: a real proposal should define technique, duration and price after assessment.

I’m not sure which service to choose.

The Before the change consultation lasts 30 minutes and includes no treatment. It is a starting point for discussing ideas and options.
